Bio: Uta Hardy, a ten-year resident of the Forgotten Coast, came to Florida after a successful career in global sales and marketing for American and European software companies. Fluent in German and English, she has lived in Dusseldorf, Munich, Detroit, and Chicago. Her husband Keith is a native Floridian who divides his time between Washington, D.C., and their coastal home. Love of the area pulled them to make north Florida home, and it infuses Uta’s service to buyers, investors, and sellers. A career-long focus on selling solutions, not just products, makes that service personal and thoroughly researched: “The enjoyable challenge is matching the customer’s requirements with a tailored solution.
