Bio: Rory Cunningham is a native Georgian who brings 25 years real estate development experience to Jeff Galloway Real Estate. He earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee in 1982, where he played football for the Volunteers from 1978 to 1981. It was during his years at UT that Rory learned the discipline and dedication it takes to be successful in the business world. It was also during this time that Rory met and married his wife, Nancy. After graduation, from 1990 to 1998, Rory worked as project manager for several commercial projects in St. Juan, Puerto Rico, Nashville, TN and elsewhere on the East coast In 1998, the Cunninghams moved to Dawsonville, Georgia where Rory began a successful business building custom homes. He completed many successful custom projects in the North Georgia area, including many homes located on Lake Lanier. Rory and Nancy have now been married for 27 years and have two sons, Brandon (24) and Chad (21). The family has relocated to the unique community of St. George Island where Rory would like to introduce you to the laid back lifestyle of the Forgotten Coast. Rory says his goal is to provide the highest level of honesty, integrity and service to each individual client. His untiring work ethic and great sense of pride are sure to make your experience working with him for all your real estate needs both gratifying and enjoyable.
